The main news for the past two weeks was Vladimir Putin’s appeal to the Federal Assembly on January 15, 2020. Behind the huge series of amendments, one is immediately noticeable “on prohibition of the same person from holding the post of president for more than two consecutive terms”. At the same time, the Cheryomushkinsky court of Moscow decided to recover 2.2 million rubles from Alexey Navalny and the FBK employees. The lawsuit was filed by the Moscow Prosecutor’s office because of the summer campaigns that took place on July 27 and August 3. Главной новостью за прошедшие две недели стало обращение Владимира Путина Федеральному собранию от 15 января 2020 года. В нем президент РФ предлагает правки действующей Конституции РФ, фактически создавая переворот нынешнего политического строя. За огромной чередой поправок сразу заметна одна “о запрете одному и тому же человеку занимать пост президента более двух сроков подряд». Параллельно с этим Правительство РФ, во главе с Дмитрием Медведевым, подает в отставку, и уже через несколько часов Дмитрий Анатольевич вступает в должность заместителя председателя Совета Безопасности РФ, что по факту ставит его на должность вице-президента. Отметим, что исходя из предложенных Путиным поправок, никаких явных причин для отставки правительства не было. Это может означать только одно – роспуск Правительства, назначение Михаила Мишустина на пост его главы, назначение Медведева на должность зампреда Совета Безопасности и прочие действия, произошедшие за пятнадцатое января не более, чем заранее подготовленные действия, которые позволят Путину и его сторонникам контролировать все ветви власти. И вот мы попадаем в антиутопию, где по всем экранам транслируют Царя, власть народа – это миф, а права граждан – это не более, чем шутка.

В это же время, Черемушкинский суд Москвы постановил взыскать с Алексея Навального и сотрудников ФБК 2,2 миллиона рублей. Иск подала прокуратура Москвы из-за летних акций, прошедших 27 июля и 3 августа. Напомню, что это были протесты в поддержку незарегестрированных кандидатов в мосгордуму, на которых сотрудники силовых структур массово задерживали мирных протестующих и проявляли насилие по отношению к ним. У станций метро в Москве, Санкт-Петербурге, Тольятти, Казани, Уфе и Нижнем Новгороде прошли пикеты в поддержку политзаключенных. Цель активистов проинформировать граждан о несправедливых приговорах фигурантам “Московского” и других дел. Среди активистов находились бывший фигурант “Московского дела” Сергей Абаничев, депутат Законодательного собрания Санкт-Петербурга от партии “Яблоко” Борис Вишневский и специальный корреспондент “Новой газеты” Илья Азар.
