The idea is quite standard for this circle of people. Siphon money out of the budget under the pretext of waste reform and put the state-scale industry in the hands of their close associates. If the idea is standard, then why did a wave of protests, rallies and pickets sweep across the country? The most striking episode took place in Arkhangelsk region, Shies station. From July 2018 to December 2019, residents of the region protested against the construction of a landfill. People lived in shifts in a self-organized village. They physically obstructed the construction of the landfill.
It happened because the government, stealing the budget, left the residents of many regions in front of the question of life and death. Construction of landfills near populated areas has begun. On soils that are absolutely unsuitable for such projects. Trees were cut down by hundreds of hectares as weeds. This entails a threat to the cleanliness of the air that the residents of the nearest areas will breathe. As well as the threat to fresh water as a result of drinking. All this will affect the health of residents. People felt a real threat to their health and life. But it is more profitable for the government, as it is not necessary to spend money on new ways of communication and new logistics system. There is someone to master this money. To adress local officials with the letters is a waste of time. The vertical of Putin’s regime has freed city administrations to think about residents. That’s why people took to the streets. Thus, a wave of strikes, rallies, protests and pickets began.
The government of the Russian Federation does not accept when it is hindered by “those with puny minds” who went on strike. Clashes began. Police officers protect the peace of the authorities, and people protect their health and lives. Quite an obvious divergence of interests. It is dangerous to criticize the authorities! The government intimidates and keeps people in fear. By cruelty they encourage people not to interfere with the plans of officials. As history shows, it is not difficult for police officers to beat a woman or an elderly person during protests. Harass those who participate in the protests. Take a protester to a police station, where’s everything even scarier. The detainee has several options for his future fate. The simplest one is that he will be beaten by the police, then agree to become an informant and will be thrown out on the street. There is an option to go to prison for five years. The police can easily imprison an innocent man for crimes he didn’t commit. Well, the most terrible thing is that there are examples of how police officers killed detainees. It is terrible that the authorities in Russia do not want to hear the population of the country. In fact, everyone who expresses criticism is trying to improve life in the country. Well, what’s wrong if the residents are against breathing poisoned air? It will not be difficult across the state to comply with all the rules for the location of landfills. When observing the norms, the landfills are safe. The residents would be calm. But the authorities are not interested in the calmness of the residents. If there is a revolt, then the authorities have another way to pacify people. For example, over the past 15 years, the number of employees in law enforcement agencies has increased by more than 200%. And financing of the security forces has increased by 5.5 times. This shows how the government sets up a dialogue with citizens. Of course, this development of security forces is not only to support the waste reform. The authorities in Russia have given many reasons for residents to take to the streets and fight for their lives.

Затея стандартная для этого круга лиц. Выкачать деньги из бюджета под предлогом мусорной реформы и отдать отрасль государственного масштаба в руки своих приближённых. Если затея стандартная, то почему по стране прокатилась волна протестов, митингов и пикетов? Самый яркий эпизод. Архангельская область, станция Шиес. Начиная с Июля 2018 года и по Декабрь 2019 года жители области протестовали против строительства мусорного полигона. Люди вахтами жили в организованном своими силами посёлке. Физически препятствовали строительству мусорного полигона.
Случилось это потому что власть, разворовывая бюджет, поставила жителей многих регионов перед вопросом жизни и смерти. Начались стройки мусорных полигонов вблизи населённых пунктов. На почвах абсолютно непригодных для таких проектов. Деревья вырубались сотнями гектаров как сорняки. Это влечёт за собой угрозу чистоте воздуха, которым будут дышать жители ближайших районов. А так же угрозу пресной воде как следствие питьевой Всё это скажется на здоровье жителей. Люди почувствовали реальную угрозу для своего здоровья и жизни. Зато для власти так выгоднее, не надо тратить деньги на новые пути сообщения и новую систему логистики. Эти деньги есть кому освоить. Ходить с письмами к местным чиновникам это пустая трата времени. Вертикаль путинского режима освободила администрации городов думать о жителях. По этому люди вышли на улицы. Так началась волна забастовок, митингов, протестов и пикетов.
Власть Российской Федерации не приемлет когда ей мешают «людишки» которые вышли бастовать. Начались столкновения. Сотрудники полиции защищают покой власти, а люди защищают своё здоровье и жизнь. Очевидное расхождение в интересах. Критиковать власть – опасно! Власть запугивает и держит людей в страхе. Жестокостью внушая людям не препятствовать планам чиновников. Как показывает история, во время протестов, для сотрудников полиции не составляет труда избить женщину или пожилого человека. Преследовать тех, кто участвует в протестах. Отвезти митингующего в полицейский участок, а там ещё страшнее. У задержанного несколько вариантов его дальнейшей судьбы. Самый простой это он будет избит полицейскими, согласится стать информатором и будет выброшен на улицу. Есть вариант сесть в тюрьму лет на пять. Полицейские легко могут посадить невиновного человека за преступления которые он не совершал. Ну и самое ужасное, что есть примеры, как полицейские убивали задержанных. Ужасно, что власть в России не хочет слышать население страны. По сути, каждый кто выражает критику к власти, старается улучшить жизнь в стране. Ну что плохого в том, что жители против дышать отравленным воздухом? В масштабах государства, не составит труда соблюсти все нормы расположения мусорных полигонов. Соблюдая нормы, полигоны безопасны. Жители были бы спокойны. Но спокойствие жителей не интересует власть. Если народ бунтует, то у власти есть другой способ усмирить. К примеру, за последние 15 лет количество сотрудников в силовых структурах выросло более чем на 200%. А финансирование силовиков увеличилось в 5,5 раз. Это показывает на что власть настроена в диалоге с гражданами. Конечно такое развитие силовиков не только для поддержки мусорной реформы. Власть в России дала много поводов жителям выходить на улицы и бороться за свою жизнь.
