On January 16, 2022, numerous political actions took place in different countries of the world, timed to coincide with the anniversary of the illegal arrest at Sheremetyevo Airport of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who survived an attempted poisoning by FSB officers, at the time of his return to Russia from treatment in Germany. On January 17, 2021, the Russian authorities carried out that arrest, totally violating all norms of law and morality, which they clearly demonstrated to the whole world, and everyone understood that the current Russian leader who makes these decisions completely lacks honor and conscience. Over the past year, a huge number of honest, decent and educated people have been imprisoned or squeezed out of the country: political activists, journalists and public figures who fought for truth and civil rights, against the political arbitrariness of Putin, who seized and retained power in the country by force. he public organization New Freedom of Russia took an active part in the international campaign, holding an event attended by more than 70 people from Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Memphis and Key West. Assistance was also provided in organizing and holding the action in Philadelphia. Activists of New Freedom of Russia did a great job, thanks to which the voices of Russians and Belarusians living in the south of Florida in the USA, together with the voices of other participants in the action around the world, became the voices of our compatriots in Russia, for whom participation in any peaceful protests today is threatened with criminal prosecution from the Russian authorities! No matter how hard the Kremlin tries, we are not going to forget about the illegal arrest and detention of Alexei Navalny or other crimes committed by the Kremlin criminal group. We will continue to chant loudly about the crimes of the Putin regime around the world! About pressure on the media, on human rights organizations and on ordinary citizens who criticize the current government in Russia! We will continue to call on the leaders of the world community to impose the most severe personal sanctions against the Russian dictator Putin, his oligarch friends, their relatives, their wallets, accounts and assets.
Alexei Navalny knew that he would be arrested and imprisoned for a long time upon his return to his homeland, but as a truly Great man he did not give up his convictions and political principles, he sacrificed himself and his freedom for the sake of a BEAUTIFUL RUSSIA OF THE FUTURE, becoming an example of personal courage and a moral image for millions of Russians and residents of other countries of the world. 16 января 2022 года в разных странах мира прошли многочисленные политические акции, приуроченные к годовщине незаконного ареста в аэропорту Шереметьево лидера российской оппозиции Алексея Навального, выжившего после попытки отравления сотрудниками ФСБ, в момент его возвращения в Россию с лечения в Германии. 17 января 2021 года российская власть провела тот арест, тотально попирающий все нормы права и морали, который отчетливо продемонстрировал всему миру и все поняли, что у действующего российского руководителя, принимающего эти решения, напрочь отсутствуют честь и совесть. За прошедший год посадили или выдавили из страны огромное количество честных, порядочных и образованных людей: политических активистов, журналистов и общественников, которые боролись за правду и гражданские права, против политического произвола Путина, захватившего и силой удерживающего власть в стране. Общественная организация New Freedom of Russia приняла активное участие в международной акции, проведя мероприятие, участие в котором приняли более 70 человек из Майами, Тампы, Орландо, Мемфиса и Ки Уэста. Также было оказано содействие в организации и проведении акции в Филадельфии. Активисты New Freedom of Russia провели огромную работу, благодаря которой голоса россиян и белорусов, проживающих на юге Флориды в США, вместе с голосами других участников акции по всему миру стали голосами наших соотечественников в России, для которых выходы на любые мирные акции сегодня грозят уголовным преследованием со стороны российских властей!
